Teacher-Ticket-Giveaway

Home / News / Teacher-Ticket-Giveaway

Here at Smooth Faced Gentlemen we love teachers. Our school teachers were the first people who introduced us to Shakespeare. The Hamlets, the Macbeths and all the syllabus-based Shakespeare, got us started, and it was the knowledge and attention of our teachers that inspired us to work.

So, that’s why we’re running a little thank-you-for-teaching-ticket-giveaway. If you are a teacher, currently teaching within a secondary school, college, drama school or university, you get one of a limited number of free tickets to our production of Titus Andronicus at Greenwich Theatre on 28 April – 2 May. All you have to do is fill out the following form to apply for your free ticket, and then we’ll see you there for our triple-award-winning paint-soaked thriller. Get in there quick, tickets are strictly limited.

That’s really all there is to it.

First saw you earlier this year in Greenwich (Macbeth shuffle) and saw what a strong performance your company made. Then was delighted to watch you again at Edinburgh Festival last Monday (10 Aug) and thought your production of Othello was superb. I teach A level English at an FE College in Maidenhead (Berkshire College of Agriculture) and Othello is on the syllabus. So wondered if you would be performing Othello anywhere else soon? I think my tiny group of A level students would love to see your production.
    Kind Regards,

Hi Alyson! Thanks for getting in touch. So glad you enjoyed the shows!

We are taking Othello on tour later in the year. I think the closest place it will be to you is Greenwich (20th-24th October) but we’re also doing Bristol and Canterbury in that side of the country! Tickets should be onsale via Greenwich Theatre website now, and you can join our mailing list if you like for upcoming details: http://j.mp/SFGml.

    Thanks!
